Get help with setup, account access, billing, privacy, and Recon behavior on LinkedIn. Recon is user-triggered only and never sends messages, comments, connection requests, or posts for you.

Include the email you used for Recon sign-in, your browser, your operating system, and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords, private LinkedIn conversations, or sensitive account credentials.
Quick checks
- Make sure you are on a supported LinkedIn page and have opened the Recon extension popup at least once.
- Reload the LinkedIn tab after installing or updating the extension.
- Confirm you are signed in if the feature requires account-backed usage units or billing status.
- If a panel is not visible, close duplicate LinkedIn tabs and reload the active tab.
Common questions
- Does Recon send anything automatically? No. Recon drafts content for review. You decide whether to copy, insert, edit, or send anything.
- What data does Recon use? Recon uses visible page context only when you trigger a feature. See the privacy policy for details.
- How do I manage billing? Use the billing controls inside Recon to open the Stripe billing portal when available.
- Can I cancel? Yes. You can cancel through the billing portal and keep access until the end of the current billing period.
